Their love affair started before either Megha or Akil were born; in a city thousands of miles away that they have never stepped foot in together and a union that would have never happened without a chance encounter several decades later.
Akil and Megha’s Mom’s were best friends growing up in India, but with marriages, children and moves to different continents they lost touch for what they thought was an eternity. Several decades later they were reunited at a friend’s wedding. And from that moment onwards it was as if they had never lost touch, they gossiped, laughed and felt as if they were 12 years old all over again.
A few months later both families got together and instantly Megha and Akil hit it off, they were laughing, joking and found an instant chemistry that made the two irresistible to each other.
